In terms of gameplay, Blus Fortune doesn’t bring a lot to the table. The only thing worth mentioning is the Hold & Respin feature. When players hit a winning combination of at least three symbols, tentacles will appear to pin those symbols in place while the entire grid does another spin. If matching symbols appear adjacent to the winning combination, they will be held down as well. The feature continues until there are no more winning combinations left. Players get paid after every successful hit, which means they are guaranteed to be paid at least 2 times every time they land a winning combination.
During the base game, when Bonus scatter symbols land at the same time as a winning combination, the game collects and puts them on a meter on the left side of the grid. After 3 of such symbols are gathered, the Bonus Round is triggered. Players then receive 10 free spins while the grid is free of low-paying suits. Scatter symbols will disappear during the bonus round, preventing any chance of retriggering it but also making space for bigger winning combinations. The Hold & Respin mechanic remains active and will not cost players a free spin should it get triggered.

Getting a win means at least twice as much money, so a significant portion of my gameplay revolves around anticipation. The Bonus round is pretty tamed, but I always welcome the free spins. Regardless of the value of the symbols you hit, you’ll come out a bit richer due to the hold & spin feature. Blue Fortune is definitely a game I’d recommend if you’re the type of person who favors to chill & grind over action.
