Roshtein Store - Coming Soon!

It’s been a long time coming but we are almost there TROOPS! The new, upgraded and more lavish Store is going to be up and running very soon! Get your satchels ready, you wouldn’t want to miss on any of the first-class items we have prepared for you! 

Completely New Store Concept 

Now, for all of you who didn’t get it by now, Roshtein is a bit of a perfectionist. This is especially true when it comes to things he cares about like the community gathered around his streaming channel. He wants the best for you TROOPS and to provide the best possible experience, you need time to develop the idea and implement it on the website and other platforms. Half-assing is not an option!       

When Roshtein decided to provide the community with a new Store, he knew it had to be more than a simple redesign! In Roshtein’s announcement from last year, it was explained that it is most of all the question of protecting the community members and giving them a fair chance to purchase the items available in the Store.

The bots were ruining it for all those dedicated community members who have been watching and collecting points for months and years. Rosh knew it had to stop so he opted for a completely new approach to the Store and how the points are being collected and stored. 

At the moment, we are doing the final touches to the Store so it won’t be long before it is finally open! You should expect a new design, more high-quality items, and many surprises! Everything was done to elevate your experience and provide you with a fair and secure way of purchasing Store items. 

Twitch Points Being Transferred  

This was not an easy decision to make but it had to be made - you won’t be able to collect Twitch points anymore! Given everything that happened, this is the only way to move forward and provide top-level customer service to the users. It might sound contradictory at first but once the Store is revealed, you will see how things are designed and made to flow better and you are given the opportunity to access a greater number of Store items.  

Now, it’s important to point out that all the points you have collected via Twitch are secured. They will be transferred to the website and connected to your account. You will have the chance to use them for purchasing in the Store so don’t worry about it. 

In the future, Kick and Roshtein’s website will be the main platform where you’ll be able to collect the points. There is also a good possibility Rosh will be expanding his streaming escapade and trying out some other streaming platform as well. So, you will have more than enough opportunities to collect points.  

New Chapter 

This is a new chapter for both Rosh and the community! It is a major shift but also a necessary one that will build our community to be even stronger! I just know you will love everything that was prepared for you! So, strap your belts on TROOPS, we are moving up in fast and furious style!
