Betting Options and Bonus Features
In the 5x5 layout of Wild West Duels, you will find every symbol is like from an old cowboy movie, namely the bandana, cowboy boots and hat, and hip flask. But it’s the cowboy character symbols that are the premium ones, with the blue cowboy paying 20x for 5x winning combinations. In addition, the game has 15 paylines, 5/5 volatility, 96% default RTP, and a hefty max win of 20,000x the bet.
In the base game, Wild West Duels only has one special feature that is the Expanding Wilds with Multiplier. Whenever a Wild symbol lands, it has a chance to fill the whole reel and get a random multiplier from 2x to 100x. There is no need to worry, though, because the slot more than makes up for its lack of base game features by offering 3 different free spin rounds.
The first bonus is called the Beer Game free spins, triggered with 3+ Beer Game Scatter symbols. Players are rewarded with 10 free spins and all Wilds are replaced with Sticky Wilds in the shape of beer jugs. This means that Wild symbols now only carry a 2x - 3x multiplier but they remain in place during the entire round. The Expanding Wild feature, therefore, is not available in the Beer Game.
The second free spins round is called the Duel. Players can collect 3 or more Duel Scatter symbols to enter the feature with 10 free spins. In this round, you’re guaranteed at least one Wild for every spin with the possibility of it expanding.
The final bonus round is the Lost Relics triggered by 3+ Lost Relics Scatter symbols but this time players only have 3 free spins. Before the free spins start, you will be taken to a special grid containing 25 shovels and you can pick 9 of them. Some of the shovels award a number of guaranteed Wilds (1 - 5) while others award a multiplier value (1x - 5x). Then, the 3 free spins will start with each one having the exact number of Wilds players have collected, as well as the total multiplier.

Wild West Duels is nothing short of spectacular, I mean the game has lovely graphics, a decent base game, 3 bonuses, and a bonus-buy option so you don’t even have to wait for the good stuff! The Lost Relics free spins feature in particular is my favorite: it’s short and sweet, has huge paying potential and you get to do a super fun ‘treasure hunt’ for the Wilds and Multipliers. Sure, the cowboy theme may be a bit overused in slots but other than that, you can’t find much else to criticize it.
