ABOUT

Jess, Mike, and Chris aren’t your ordinary high school students. They hide a horrifying secret from their fellow classmates. At the stroke of midnight, they turn into werewolves! Or at least some of them do, based on your luck. Awaken the beast within and start the Blood Moon spins with the cursed max win of 6,666x brought by Play’n GO.

Betting Options and Bonus Features

The Wild Class's main feature is the unassuming human trio of high schoolers; Jess the cheerleader, Mike the jock, and Chris the geek. Each is represented by huge symbols that can cover the entire reel (1x3). Actually, covering an entire reel with any same symbol will result in triggering the Full Moon feature. Including the A, K, Q, J, and 10 symbols. This will result in +1 to your win multiplier and can go up to 6x your stake just in the base game.

Other than that, The Wild Class has two other special symbols. The wild symbol and the scatter symbol. Wild symbols have the same unusual 1x3 size as human symbols and can substitute any other symbol to achieve a winning combination.

Scatters are represented by the wolves symbol. Collecting 3 or more scatters will trigger the Blood Moon free spins bonus game. There are three levels to the bonus game you can progress by obtaining more scatter symbols of up to 5. These levels are:

  • Fury
  • Carnage
  • Rampage

Each level determines how many human symbols transform into a full-blown werewolf. A werewolf will contribute to your winning combinations by transforming into a wild symbol. In addition, the stacked symbols multiplier will increase and accumulate for the entirety of the free spins round. You can extend the duration of your bonus spins by landing more scatters. Each one will give you +1 extra spin.

Roshtein’s Take

I dig the 80s high school vibe but the gameplay is just a bit lackluster. Not much happens in the base game. The bonus game only slightly improves the base, by turning symbols into werewolf wilds. That is, if you’re lucky enough to transform multiple of them. Overall, I’d still say it’s a solid and enjoyable game but needs a little extra kick. I’d just prefer something bigger for my satchel.
