Betting Options and Bonus Features
This Nolimit City title is built on their exclusive xWays engine. It adds special xWays symbols into the game that can land only on the middle 4 reels. These symbols transform into regular paying symbols but reveal them in a 2-4 size, increasing the number of win ways.
Furthermore, the game is equipped with another exclusive feature called the Infectious xWays symbols. These rare symbols can only appear on the first reel and will reveal a symbol of a size ranging from 2-7 positions on the grid. When activated, they will influence all matching symbols on the reels, including the xWays symbols, and adjust their size within the 2-7 range.
The classic Wilds and Scatters symbols are also present in Karen Maneater slot, however, with their own unique twist. Infectious Wilds, besides substituting for all regular pay symbols, nudge their position to the bottom. Each nudge increases the Wild multiplier by 1, which then adds its value to each symbol on the last reel.
Anytime one of the symbols on the last reel happens to be affected by Infectious xWays it will multiply its value. One drawback of the Infectious Wilds is that they are limited to showing up solely on reel 6.

In addition, landing 1 or 2 Scatters turn the symbols into xWays symbols. However, anytime you land 3 or more Raccoon Scatters you trigger the Value Bonus Meal round.
3 Scatters activate the regular Value Bonus Meal with 7 free spins and 3 Sticky xWays symbols whereas 4 Scatters get you into the Deluxe Bonus Meal. That one awards you with 10 spins and 4 sticky xWays symbols. Once your bonus round starts, your Scatters will transform into xWay symbols that will stay in that position for the rest of the game.
The xWays symbols begin with two instances per symbol, but their number increases by one after each winning spin, allowing you to accumulate up to 42 instances per xWays symbol and thus reaching up to 486 win ways. Also, if you land a single Scatter during the Value Bonus Meal feature, you'll advance to the Deluxe tier and gain three additional spins. Moreover, the Scatter that activated the feature will become a sticky xWays symbol.

Nolimit has always had a knack for thought provoking concepts. This one is definitely one of the funniest seen in slots. As for the gameplay though, there’s a little bit too much on the plate. It’s full of fun features but maybe a little too many things going on. The grid is very unfamiliar and Wilds do something completely different than what Wilds usually do. It’s clear though that it comes from a good place. Nolimit City is yet again trying to be innovative, which you can’t fault.
