Roshtein Headquarters Terms & Conditions

Roshtein Headquarters is a feature of Roshtein.com designed to reward users for their activity across the site. By using this feature, users agree to the Terms and Conditions of Roshtein.com, along with the additional terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

Roshtein Headquarters is only available to users who are 18+. Participation is limited to one account per individual, with one address, phone number, and IP. Any attempt to use multiple accounts will be considered a violation and may lead to account suspension or permanent closure.

Participation is entirely free—no payments or bets are required to take part in any part of Roshtein Headquarters.

2. Participation & General Use

Roshtein Headquarters allows users to collect XP (Experience Points), complete Missions, level up through the Season Pass, and earn various digital rewards. All features are part of the community experience and have no real-world monetary value unless otherwise stated.

Content, rules, and mechanics in Headquarters are subject to change at any time. Roshtein.com reserves the right to update or remove any part of this feature without prior notice.

3. XP & Progression System

Users earn XP by taking certain actions on Roshtein.com, such as:

  • Participating in raffles, GTWs, or rating slots/casinos
  • Playing certain games
  • Redeeming codes
  • Claiming store items


Each action grants a fixed amount of XP, and most have daily limits, as explained in the chart below. XP is only recorded when a Season is active. If no season is live, XP is not awarded.

4. Season Pass

Every season includes 99 levels of progression. Users reach levels by collecting XP. To complete the first level user has to collect 312XP. For each subsequent level, the amount of XP required increases gradually compered to the previous level. This progressions model is designed to ensure a consistent and balanced leveling experience without sudden increases in difficulty. XP requirements may be adjusted as part of ongoing product improvements. 

All users receive standard rewards as they level up. An optional Premium Pass offers additional rewards and can be purchased using supported currencies in the Roshtein.com Wallet. Premium rewards unlock from the time of purchase and are not awarded retroactively.

Seasons may vary in length. Once a season ends, any unclaimed rewards are no longer accessible.

5. Missions

Missions are limited-time challenges found in the Headquarters. Each mission displays its objectives, time limit, and potential rewards. Users can track their progress and claim rewards directly through the Missions tab.

If a mission is completed but the reward isn’t claimed manually, it will be auto-claimed after the mission ends.

6. Games

Headquarters includes exclusive games like Duel or Die. These games are free to play, and some may reward users with XP or other in-game benefits based on performance.

Rewards are not guaranteed, and each game includes its own rules and requirements. Game availability and features may change at any time.

7. Trophies & Achievements

Trophies are awarded for completing certain tasks, such as missions or level milestones. Some can be earned more than once.

Achievements are long-term goals that reflect dedication—such as participating in 1,000 bonus hunts or maintaining active status for several years.

These items have no cash value, cannot be transferred or traded, and serve purely as recognition of effort and status within the community.

8. Inventory & Loot Boxes

Users will find all their digital items and loot boxes stored in the Inventory section of Headquarters. Loot boxes are ranked by rarity and can be opened to reveal rewards.

  • Loot boxes must be opened through the Inventory
  • Once opened, rewards are final and cannot be exchanged
  • Some boxes or rewards may expire if left unclaimed 


8.1. Acquisition of Loot Boxes 

Users may acquire Loot Boxes through the following methods:
a) Purchase – Loot Boxes may be purchased directly through the Website’s Store.
b) Reward – Loot Boxes may be granted as rewards for:
i. Completing designated Missions; or
ii. Reaching specified milestones in the Season Pass.

8.2. Inventory and Access 

Upon purchase or award, Loot Boxes shall be immediately credited to the user’s Inventory located in the HQ section of the Website.
8.2.1. When accessing a Loot Box, the user shall be presented with a pop-up window containing:
a) The Loot Box spinner;
b) An information section;
c) A list of potential rewards; and
d) The applicable Terms and Conditions.
8.2.2. Prior to opening a Loot Box, the user may view the probabilities and the full list of possible rewards.
8.2.3. All rewards are randomly assigned at the time of opening. 

8.3. Time Limitation and Automatic Opening 

8.3.1. Loot Boxes must be opened within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of acquisition.
8.3.2. If a Loot Box remains unopened after this period, it shall be automatically opened by the system, and a random reward shall be assigned to the user.
8.3.3. During the final seven (7) days of the validity period, a visible countdown timer will indicate the remaining time before automatic opening.

9. Rewards Disclaimer

Rewards from Headquarters include digital items such as Roshies, Kick Points, XP, trophies, and loot boxes. These rewards are virtual and hold no real-world value unless otherwise stated by Roshtein.com. They cannot be sold, transferred, or withdrawn.

Should this policy change in the future, users will be informed directly on the site.

10. Fair Use & Prohibited Behavior

The use of automated systems, scripts, bots, or exploitation of bugs to gain XP, rewards, or advantages is strictly prohibited. Any form of abuse or suspicious behavior may result in:

  • Removal of earned rewards
  • Suspension or permanent closure of the user account
  • Disqualification from current or future events
  • Roshtein.com requesting the return of fraudulently obtained digital assets


Roshtein.com monitors activity and reserves the right to act on any violations without prior notice.

11. Admin Rights

Roshtein.com maintains full control over the Headquarters feature and may at any time:

  • Cancel or suspend user participation
  • Modify rewards, XP mechanics, or features
  • Remove access to the feature
  • Deny the creation of a new account or close an existing one without explanation

 

All decisions made by the administrative team are final.
